如何使用英文Ms Word2000 的中文簡/繁體翻譯的功能。（win2000/ winxp）

請問：
如何使用英文Ms Word2000 的中文簡/繁體翻譯的功能。（win2000/ winxp）
OS: win2000/ winxp (語言已經設置成簡體中文)。

Word 中選擇表單 " Tools > Language > Chinese Translation... " 後，出現一個選擇對話視窗。
按OK 後出現以下錯誤信息：

Word is unable to proceed. More than one file necessary to do TC/SC translation is missing.


該怎麼解決？？

重裝office (complete 安裝)

?/繁体中文已?安?.

重裝了,其中Word 及OfficeTools 已經全選(即沒有第一次執行才安裝的選項),也不行呀... 

究竟是什麼問題呢? Windows 及 Office 皆是英文版的.

Here I am... 

I am going to show you how to config it on Office XP (but the setting is the same as in Office 2000)

First of all, "Language Setting Tool" component must be installed (custom install) . This compoent is not enable by default setup.

then install the "Multilingual User Interface Pack" by choosing "Custom" or "Proofing Tool Only"...
install to:安裝的路徑 

select the required component and click "Run On The Computer"...
then you'll see this "Tool" is available on Words ....
(tools>language>chinese translation)

and ...

if you wanna this menu bar to be appeared...

多一個"簡"(bar圖示)游標到此一指,就有兩選項,繁體翻譯簡體
簡體翻譯繁體............

have the setting on ...
Start -> Programs -> Microsoft Office Tools -> Microsoft Office XP Language Settings 

ms office 的語言設定(預設值)>選擇> oK
